A Community Celebration
On Thursday, May 5th, old and new friends of Joslin’s gathered at the store from 6-8 pm to celebrate Joslin’s 45 years of service. The invitation was sent out over social and announced in the Joslin’s newsletter.

This joyful reunion of esteemed customers, staff, and close friends enjoyed a Joslin’s happy hour with catered sandwiches, sides, and drinks. Some of the attendees have been shopping at Joslin’s for 30 years! Even little Luna had a friend drop by, and the two pups kept everyone entertained all evening.
In addition to the festive reception, Joslin’s offered a celebratory 40% Off Sale for the event. Guests sipped on margaritas and wine while perusing the gorgeous display cases full of beautiful pieces. Here’s what a few attendees had to say about the party.

“Everyone had a great time; it was nice to see and catch up with old friends – and to do a little jewelry shopping,” commented Nicole. “I always feel like family here!” You may have heard us mention Nicole before – check out the story of her ring repair here!
“It was great to have Luna and her friend Mia present; that little black dog in the red dress was too cute,” another customer remarked. “And Joslin’s is just great people. You can tell they treat all their customers like family.” 
“I took a ring with me that my mom gave me long ago as I wanted to get it cleaned,” one guest shared. “Cameron not only made it shine, but he even reshaped it for me. I showed Gary what a great job Cameron had done, and he immediately wanted to test the stone, which he thought might be an amethyst, and discuss it with me! Overall, my favorite part of the evening was getting to meet all the incredible staff – everyone was so nice!”
Another client commented: “I really enjoyed Gary showing us how he identifies and inspects a stone. They’re so passionate about what they do and they have the knowledge to go along with it. And I love the sense of family in the place!” She laughed and added, “The puppies at the party definitely didn’t hurt!” This customer purchased a piece during the party. When asked about it, she was more than glad to report: “I was so happy to get a present for my daughter’s 21st birthday from a business that values family as much as I do.”
